The PGMA invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, February 17 at 6pm. Come one, come all to our 2022 AGM. We strongly encourage everyone to attend,

Location: 320 3rd Avenue

The meeting will address the following:

• Receive and consider the president’s report, and the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021

• Elect executive and directors

• Season debrief & future plans

• Transact any further business as may properly be brought before the meeting

Election for executive board of directors, and (7) board members

Nominating committee:

Any person wishing to be a candidate to serve as a member of the Executive Board or Board of Directors shall submit your name or someone of whom you wish to nominate to the current Executive on the day thereof or by email pgmotocrossassociation@gmail.com no later than February 17 at noon.

If you cannot attend the meeting, but wish to be considered for an Executive or Board position please let us know ahead of time and we will bring this forward on your behalf.

The nominations committee seeks out suitable candidates for the following positions:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• (7) Directors

We would also like to establish a non-voting committee which will be open to anyone who would like to volunteer, attend meetings, and participate in round table discussions and planning for the season and future of our association.

The Board wishes to extend a huge thank you to the PGMA membership near and afar, our motocross family, volunteers and sponsors who have continued to support us throughout the years. We are so grateful, and hope to see you all at the AGM.
